We are once again returning to the picturesque fields of Essex, this is your chance to take on the challenge of our route and help raise money for our Scout Group! As we approch our 9th year, we are looking forward to welcoming seasoned pros and first timers for our unique event. We cater for experienced runners through to families, with our walk-jog-run ethos creating a friendly event for our whole community, allowing everyone to take part at their own pace.

The Fyfield 5K takes place almost entirely off road, making use of a short section of pavement close to the end. The race starts at 10:00, and participants of all ages and speeds can take part.

For those seeking to get out ahead of the pack, the Fyfield 10K kicks off a bit earlier at 09:40, extending the 5K with a gentle climb on private roads and farm tracks, because of this we encourage participants over 15 to take part. A notable feature is that the route is one loop, there are no repeats! Please note that if you are planning to walk, we encourage you to take part in the 5K due to the length of the course.

Canine friends are extremely welcome, provided that they are well behaved, on a lead and waste is dealt with appropriately. There are specific bins on the playing field for Dog Waste.

We take pride in being a community event and aim to be as welcoming as possible, please let us know if there is anything that we can do to make this event more accessible. All of the funds raised go to support 1st Moreton and Fyfield Scout Group, who provide amazing opportunities for local Young People!
