3-5pm - States Members and senior civil servants The newly elected Members and senior officers hear a short presentation from the Association and Senator Helen Miles, then come round the tables. They are formalising priorities, plans and budgets for the next four years right now, so this is the moment to put your work in front of them.

6-8pm - High value residents, drinks reception An invited audience of Jersey's most significant private supporters, there to understand the sector properly and work out how to get involved. Not only donors - trustees, skills, introductions and networks come out of these conversations too.

Why it is worth the day

• Two very different audiences for one set-up, in one afternoon and evening.
• One of the very few days in the year when the whole membership is in the same room. Partnerships and referrals tend to get made in the gaps between sessions.
• No single charity dominates the platform. Every table gets the same space, the same audience and the same two hours.
• Tables are free to member charities - the Association covers the venue, the audio visual and the evening reception. All you need to bring is your display and someone to talk to people.
