Winter Training Programme
Winter training is all about developing the fundamental skills of cricket, gaining a better understanding of the game, and improving both individual skills and overall game awareness in preparation for the upcoming cricket season.
This year’s programme will be divided into three cycles, each with a specific focus:
Cycle 1 – Indoor Games
A fun and engaging introduction to the winter programme, using indoor-based games to develop cricket skills, decision-making, movement and game awareness.
Cycle 2 & 3 – Skills Development
A stronger focus on technical skills development, working on the fundamental aspects of batting, bowling, fielding and game situations to prepare players for the season ahead.
We look forward to working with all our returning players and welcoming new players who are joining us for the first time. The aim is to create an enjoyable, challenging and development-focused winter programme that helps every player grow their skills, confidence and understanding of the game.
