Jersey Sport in collaboration with Debbie Thompson from Jersey Sport Psychology are delighted to be hosting two exciting seminars on Sport Psychology, based on the success of last years seminar we are going into more depth for both coaches and parents with two separate events. 

Communication and Motivation

Wednesday 23 September-Sport Psychology for Coaches 6-8pm

Focusing on coach athlete relationships, self determination theory, growth mindset and developmental milestones. 

Tuesday 29 September-Sport Psychology for Parents 6-7:30pm

Focusing on growth mindset and developmental milestones. 

Both workshops will be hugely interactive and practical. 

These workshops are for adults only. No Under 18s are permitted.
