Jersey Sport are delighted to be hosting a 'Volunteering in Sport' Fair on Tuesday 8 September from 12:00-14:00 at the Pomme D'Or Hotel.

The aim of the Fair is to promote volunteering opportunities to the general public and recruit more volunteers into local sport.

The Fair is a casual drop-in event where islanders are invited to come along, learn more about each organisation and find a sport that they wish to volunteer in. Success is sport organisations successfully attracting and retaining a valuable volunteer workforce, and more islanders finding something that they are passionate about that gives back to the island's sporting community.

There will be representatives from local sport organisations present to speak to, as well as support on hand from the Jersey Sport team. Light refreshments will be provided. There is no charge for the public to attend.
