The first ever OPP Halloween 3k run over the newly designed 3k obstacle course at OPP, it will be a fairly relaxed affair although it will have technical obstacles, it is more about the fun element and a chance to maybe try a few attachments and obstacles you might not have seen before.

You will set of in waves of 10 athletes at 30 minute intervals completeing 2 x 1.5km laps, there will be 3 waves if numbers allow it at 7.00pm 7.30pm & 8.00pm you will be able to select a wave but if there are not enough people in a wave I may consolidate them.

There will be 10 burpees on site of the obstacle for failing to complete rather than bands and some mandatory obstacles

if we do not have enough vollunteers to watch obstacles these will be honesty burpees  but I will keep on eye on any mis-counts or slight errors which will be dealt with by the Grim Reapers (Race Director or Head TO)

EXPECT A FEW SURPRISES DURING YOUR RACE - FEEL FREE TO RACE IN HALLOWEEN COSTUME

YOU MUST HAVE A HEADTORCH OR YOU CAN NOT TAKE PART- THIS WILL BE VERY STRICTLY ENFORCED
