- 6:00 PM: AGM start
- 6:45 PM: Official AGM finishes
- 6:45 PM Onwards: Food, drinks, and social club hangout

- Food Covered: A full meal provided on the club's tab
- First Drink Free: Enjoy a beer, glass of wine, or a soft drink on us
