The Guernsey edition of the 2026 World Aid Walk will take place at 9:30am on Monday 4 May 2026. 

The full distance route of 20km will start from Rovers AC at Port Soif at 9:30am.  The half distance route of 10km will start from the footpath (the Parkrun start) to the east of the Pembroke Bay car park between the Beach House and L'Ancresse Kiosk at 12pm. 

Christian Aid, The Tumaini Fund, This Is EPIC, and The Eleanor Foundation, will all benefit from the funds you raise in 2026. The Overseas Aid & Development Commission have agreed to provide the opportunity for participating charities to apply for matched funding, so please encourage all your friends, family and colleagues to donate and help change the lives of some of the poorest communities in the world. 

We would like to make participants aware that the full finishing area at Rovers AC will begin to be packed up at 3pm, if you think it will take you longer than five hours to cover the full 20km route or longer than three hours to cover the 10km route please do let us know.  For reference, 20km at a leisurely pace will take between 4 hours and 4 hours and 30 minutes.
