The Full MontyCute is a 10.7 mile (approx) tough multi-terrain hilly trail race covering the Ham Hill Country Park and the surrounding area with at least 10 named hills to ascend.
The event is held by kind permission of Somerset County Council and the National Trust.

The event starts and finishes at the beautiful brand new Ham Hill Visitor Centre in the Lime Kiln Car park.

With a new start and finish location comes a slightly new route, but don’t worry it still takes in the most magnificent views from the Stoke Sub Hamdon War Memorial.
The route then heads back towards Montacute via Hedgecock Woods and the steep climb up to St Michael’s Tower before dropping back down towards the village and another hill up through Ladies Walk before crossing the road to the Witcombe Valley and another steep climb before dropping down into Witcombe Valley again before the climb up to the High Wood. After this the route drops steeply down to Bagnell Farm before climbing Peace Hill the down Grintley Lane and onto Norton and Tinkers Bubble. another climb up through the woods before  dropping into the Witcombe Valley once again and return to the Visitor Centre via the ancient hill fort ramparts to the finish.

Please note this is a cupless race, you will need to carry your own drinking vessel that one of our outstanding volunteers will be happy to fill, there will be three drink stations which will include the normal sweets!

The event is very popular with entries usually selling out within weeks of opening.  For parking and environmental reasons there is a limit of 250 entries, please book early to avoid disappointment.

As with all Crewkerne Running Club events the Full MontyCute is organised by runners for runners, we provide a no nonsense, friendly event marshalled by club members at a value for money price.

Minimum age on race day is 17 years old
Finishers to receive a Christmas pudding and a race memento.
Race bibs will need to be collected on Race Day from Race HQ at the Ham Hill Visitor Centre. Please ensure you leave plenty of time to get parked and collect your race bib.
