Rainbow Run is a family-friendly outdoor event taking place on Sunday 7 June 2026 in Coltishall.

The route may include roads, pavements, fields and uneven ground, so please wear suitable clothing and footwear, bring your own water bottle, and come prepared for the weather.

Coloured powder will be used during the event. The powder is non-toxic and designed for colour run events (supplied by Running Imp), but may still cause irritation for some people.

All children under 11 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, with no more than three children under 11 per adult. Children aged 11 and over may take part unaccompanied with parental consent.

All participants must check in on the day between 9.30am and 10.30am. Please download the Race Nation app before the event, as this is the easiest way to access your tickets and QR codes for check-in. You can also bring a printed copy of your ticket if you prefer.

We recommend arriving early to avoid queues, enjoy the pre-race atmosphere, and catch a special performance at 10.15am.

There will be refreshments available from open to close, including a full tuck shop and BBQ.

Please note, we will not be selling white t-shirts or add-ons this year. We will have a fun merch stall on the day, with more details to follow.

Tickets are non-refundable if you choose not to attend or can no longer take part. If FoCPS cancels the event, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to donate their ticket value to FoCPS. If the event is rescheduled or materially changed, ticket holders will be informed of the options available to them, including any refund rights required by law.
