Please note:

• Start times: will start from 07:00 and will be dependant on distance chosen and your estimated completion time. The start waves will be started in small groups.
• Cut off times: The event does have cut off times. There is up to 17 hours to complete the 100km course (calculated from the estimated completion times provided on registration). The event ends at midnight, no exceptions. In order to achieve this cut off you should be back at HQ after the first two routes inside 8 Hours 15:00. 100KM runners must pass CP3 by 17:00 and have left QMSC for the WEST route by 19:00. The cut off time for the 50KM is 10 hours. The cut off time for the 25KM is 5 hours.
• Age restrictions: All entrants must be 18 or over on the day of the event
• Open road event: This is NOT a closed road event. The event is on trails, towpaths, pavements and footpaths in and around London. Participants will need to cross roads at pedestrian crossings and take care with other pavement users at all times.
