We are a friendly collective for all abilities, focusing on fun, connections and person development.
The benefits of joining the RnRR:

• Free access to weekly Thursday night intervals (usually £5 per session)

Our main runs are currently Thursday 1800, Saturday at 0800 & 0830 and Sunday at 0900.
